Disappointing. Looks like a chef's choice, but an expensive fake.

Was initially very happy to find them as the Chef's brand is no longer available. But the spring is not strong or heavy enough to exert enough pressure to make these scissors work. Therefore, it is very difficult to cut with them. The latch that holds the scissors together didn't work on any of the six pairs I bought.
