For SMALL JOBS, the MR-75 is great. For large jobs (like in my photo) I would recommend something with lots of water. Over the weekend I solved a few cleaning problems. The biggest was my back porch, which was in dire need of attention. The surface is covered with a non-slip coating and poorly washed (or even swept). I knew the answer was steam, and I hoped the laptop would work for everyone. It did, but the price was TIME. The internal fill time was long enough to eliminate many chapters in the book I was reading. (cool at least 10 times then heat for a porch) I had other problems I needed to solve and for SMALL projects the MR-75 was perfect. 1.) Several pigeons left "remains" in my stairwell, which the association did not take care of. After about an hour of my time (sweeping/cleaning first before processing) I was able to clean up the (well cured) droppings and a few other stains that had formed. 2.) Some minor stains on the joints. ) cleaning tray "super". (The clumping litter is great, but the "stuff" always sinks to the bottom, and it did the job MUCH better than the handheld shower head for removing residue.) Conclusion: I'm glad I bought this device! For dot work I will use this. However, the next time I attack my porch, I'll get a bigger squad. For an additional $65-$100 it would have cost me.
