The sound is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, of course, it's honestly the worst quality I've ever heard. The 75Hz frequency needs to be enabled in the computer settings and I personally don't feel a huge difference, but it does feel a bit smoother. If you get this monitor right away, the picture quality and colors are terrible too. After tweaking it after a while and checking that System > Overdrive is off or something under High, it's pretty good. It's very, very bright and a lot smaller than you might think, but it's definitely worth the $150 I paid for it. Luckily I have a Bluetooth speaker and headphones so I don't need the monitor's speakers. Definitely a 4.5 star product
