Exactly what I needed the most in my review

After a quick picnic (the problem is the chair, not the computer) I love love love this monitor! Similar in size to my MacBook Pro, it's a great extended monitor that's easy on the eye and travel-friendly. I like the matte screen (I chose not to use 2-count screen protectors), I like the way it looks on my desk, and I like the case that makes it easy to take with me. Excellent customer service! They kindly and gently suggested I'm doing it wrong and walked me through the setup that was already included in the supplied manual. if I had bothered to read the last page 2. They even sent a free USB-C cable for easy powering. Great product, great service. I am impressed.
