A little disappointed

this yo-yo died on arrival, it is also impossible to unscrew it, the bearing has burst. so I had to switch. But I can't be too upset as this is a cheap yo-yo. I wish I could message Magicyoyo to see if they could send me a replacement or some sort of compensation, but the yoyo was so cheap I didn't even bother. I would say if this yo-yo didn't have those issues on arrival it would be great for beginners!
