This rating does NOT apply to the provider. This review is for the 24-inch Dell video monitor. The monitor works, but the picture quality is poor. If you use this to zoom, you would expect Skype to have better screen quality. It looks like it was made 20 years ago. Dell needs to pay more attention to screen quality. On the plus side, the way the cables are routed around the back and the multiple ways to easily adjust the height or tilt of the screen.
