, the first one was definitely broken, the replacement was received immediately. how did i break it I dropped my switch with these controllers attached to the table and was told it was no longer connected to the switch. The connection was broken, so I got a new one. Now I never put them on the table because they're a lightweight piece of plastic against a backdrop of a weighted center section. You see where I'm going with this. did a great job, the buttons were quiet (didn't click), the vibrations were smooth and delayed, there is no visible IR sensor and I only used it for dancing and it captured my cute dance moves (Napoleon Dynamite Link). nice controller but felt like i had to be careful with it. buy at your own risk.
