You received the wrong color pen and the USB is not working

I ordered a purple pen because it is the color of my company logo. I have a blue pen instead. Also, USB doesn't work at all - computers don't recognize it, it doesn't seem like it's enough to actually connect to USB on machines? I've now tried returning it and we'll see if they replace it with the purple color I actually ordered and if the replacement actually works. I will update the review once I receive a replacement. Not satisfied at the moment, I received the wrong color and the product does not work either. Complete disappointment. I do not recommend!
