Review on Voltage Cutting Machine Display Accessories by Gregory Plump

Bought this item to use in my home business. Arrived intact and undamaged. Seems to be solidly built. I got the 110/220 version and started with 110 pages. He broke the 110 switch so I installed the 220 with the correct outlet ($80 which I'm not getting back for this purchase). Tried again, got better and worked fine for 15 minutes. I must have cut about 9 inches of the panel and the machine just stopped working. The device turns on, the fan runs. There is an "O/C" (Overcharge, Open Circuit, Orange County) light that came on when I tried to turn the machine on. I replaced the tip, unplugged, reset the breaker, reconnected all the connections and checked the unit for damage. Nothing I could see was wrong. I checked the "manual" (all seven pages of poorly worded sentences) which doesn't even list the "O/C" indicator. The error list says the board is damaged and it looks like I should check it. Regardless, they clearly state that I shouldn't "take it apart". So the obvious downside is that the device failed after around 30 minutes of use (maximum). Other cons: The instruction manual is worthless. It doesn't even mention how many pounds per square inch the air hose needs to run through the machine. Pneumatic connections and tensioners are bad and leaking. Received this email from the seller. I only changed the text below to remove my name and the link to my review. I don't know what Revain's policy is on monetizing reviews, but I would consider it unethical. It also appears to have been written by the same person who wrote the instruction manual.
