The 24mm is my favorite prime lens. Wide enough for snapshots and ideal for street photography. Unfortunately it was the softest lens (not sharp) of all the lenses I've used. It will be an instant return. I am very disappointed in this lens. The new range of Sigma materials (e.g. 18-35) are excellent materials of high quality. I've given up on several Sigma lenses and this is by far the worst. I know mm and aperture can be tempting for some, but do yourself a favor and stay away from this lens. It was so soft I thought my copy was broken! It also hunts a lot in low light. You could lose a frame or two waiting for this thing to focus on the subject.
