The hole is too narrow.
Everything else about the totes was fantastic, even the styling. But I didn't like how narrow the opening was, annoying at times when trying to look for something in the store. So unfortunately I had to go back and just buy an Elysia Kipling bag instead, which with all the side pockets was a plus.
