The Yoobics team has been super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help you understand how to use the platform. The learning curve is high, but so is the training. They are working to make the platform more intuitive to use, and I'm excited to see how that will change things. They have a friendly, supportive community to help you along the way as well. Honestly, I don't have any complaints. I think they have the best customer service out there. They are always available to help you out. I have had no issues with Yoobic. We are able to communicate with our employees from all over the country, and they love the platform. I like that it lets me be able of doing all my tasks from work at home without having any interruption or distraction what so ever! Also being connected with other co-workers helps us keep up motivation levels during our daily routine which can sometimes get monotonous when not talking about each others day's activities as well.
