Downloaded the app and spent 3 days getting this thing up and running. Every time I clicked on the app, it asked me to log in AGAIN... which I did about a dozen times. However, every time I tried to open it, I got an error message stating that either the email address or password was incorrect and asked me to register again. I even tried signing up through FB and still didn't recognize my account. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times with the same result. I emailed customer service and asked for a phone number to speak to someone. The person reading my messages emailed me between midnight and about 5:00am and insisted that I refer to the user manual...which of course didn't even address my issue. I asked to speak to someone on the phone and was told that was not possible. It's like a little hole in the wall of a company operating out of someone's basement. I have returned the watch and will now purchase from a reputable brand with reasonable access to tech support.
