it is well made and appears to be of good quality.
It can fit a child up to 7 years old but the bow itself is small, I bought it for my 3 year old and it looks small enough for a newborn. However, it is well made and appears to be of good quality.
- Super cute and perfect for my 11 year old. Good quality colors and fabric. construction is good. Definitely recommend.
- Using Velcro to adjust the neck strap may not be as secure or durable as a traditional buckle closure.
