The product stopped working after a month

I bought it in August and yesterday it just stopped working. Month if worked, worked perfectly. The lever opened when the phone was next to it and when I picked it up I didn't have to worry about the machine being on to release the lever. I tried to use it yesterday and nothing. I used a different charging cable, it still doesn't work.
