I bought this (4 months ago) because I was constantly afraid of leaving my hair straighter when I leave the house. I often came back to check. Now my rectifier is connected to one of them and I can just unplug my phone whenever I want. It has brought me real peace. It is also very convenient to turn on the light before entering the room. Now I have this power strip and 4 mini sockets. Everything can be controlled from your phone and tablet. If I had one complaint it would be the green on/off lights which are very bright and since I usually charge my phone at night (the power strip is in my bedroom) it can be a little annoying. I could easily fix this issue by turning it off, but I put up with it and keep charging my phone at night.
