There were many features that I like including lots of pockets and the extra material in the sleeve so there is no gap of bare skin between the sleeves and your gloves. For the most part it kept the cold wind out and kept the wet snow from soaking the jacket except around the cuffs. The sleeve extender material got wet and then the cuffs got wet. But the cuffs did dry out quickly once I was out of the elements. For the size, of the jacket, I felt it was a little snug in the chest area. This was a good trial run for Iceland in 2023.
