I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.
With its pros: Mains and battery operation, large cuff, arrhythmia detection (only if the device is always used by only one person), WHO scale. Cons: There is no way to separate users and arrhythmia detection does not work correctly if the device is used by several people.
