Note 9 arrived in a different color (blue) which was supposed to be silver. The description went on to say that it is in brand new condition that has never been used or repaired. Well the phone was definitely not new and had small dents and scratches on the outer edge. The front glass and back cover (which should have a white sticker with IMEI and other information) have been replaced to give it a 'new look'. The box was shrink wrapped, but not from Samsung. There are no accessories and the S Pen has obviously been used before (the tip was dirty). The charging port was dirty, which meant use. After contacting the seller I received a return label (which the seller said was probably an inventory error) and was sent the correct new 9 silver note as advertised. Well as soon as the seller got the phone I got my money back instead and I never heard back from the seller and that's probably because the phones that most of you buyers get from the seller are not new but are refurbished. There is also no guarantee for these phones. Type imei in imei guarantee checker and you will understand few things. Went to eBay Note 9 Silver Found new, out of the box the phone was in excellent condition with accessories and documents in the box. The phone was actually silver and in brand new condition.
