For people who have 10 gallon cans: Use 6 drops. 1 ml = 20 drops. I also keep ghost shrimp in my aquarium, they are still alive. 6 drops served their purpose without harming anyone. I would not use the recommended dose. I had a terrible problem with free floating algae. The entire aquarium was green, the fish were almost invisible. I did a water change and then added 6 drops of it. After 1.5 days I have clear water again. To prevent dying algae from shedding their waste, do a 50% water change after 2 days, add another 6 drops. Hope this helps another 10 gallons.
