I have ordered a 20 piece wrought copper collection. First, the set was packaged very well. The last box was damaged in transit, but the contents were undamaged. The appearance of hammered copper is beautiful. The lids fit perfectly and have an outlet at the top to allow steam to escape. It's a nice touch. The baking molds and the baking tray are very heavy - in a good way. You are not skinny. The biscuit also literally slips off. I have a gas stove and pans get hot incredibly quickly. It's so easy to clean. Your claims are correct. Everything is removed with a quick flick of a paper towel or sponge. Please note that everything is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended as the copper may discolour. It is such an attractive set that I plan to hand wash everything. The 20 piece set is very good. I highly recommend.
