Move the audio out and mic jacks to the back and I'd give it 5 stars.
Overall I like the docking station. And I've used many docks from multiple vendors. But the only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the audio out and mic jacks on the front of the unit. Cable routing would be much easier if the manufacturer left all connections on the back. As a result, the docking station takes up more space on the desk. I can go back and find a model that has all connections on the back.
