This fits and looks exactly how I wanted and expected. It is located just below the navel. Swim shorts underneath are comfortable, not too tight and not too loose. The sheer fabric on the outside covering the shorts looks nice and they are a bit longer than the shorts themselves, maybe an inch or two which makes them look really nice. I'm more comfortable with this when I'm swimming or walking near the water. Definitely a great buy.
