I just put this bed together today. It took me three hours by myself. The reason for only 4 stars is that this would have been so much harder to put together without a cordless drill with the proper hex bit and a socket wrench. The other reason is that the pieces did not perfectly fit together. At the end when screwing the slates to the frame base the holes didn’t match up anymore so I screwed in what I could and left it since the frame was secured enough from the other screws (I hope). I also had to really force certain pieces into place to be able to insert the screw. While putting the bed together I got a bit nervous for the center beam and if the legs were really straight but they look alright now that I put a mattress on it. Oh and the knobs on each corner never fully tighten, and one screwed on wonky. So there’s little problems but overall I like the style of the frame. I’m laying on the bed as I type this and it hasn’t fallen apart yet!
