I've used masonry/tile blades for many years, but they've always been on my large worm drive saw. The mess they can make inside of a house oftentimes takes as long to clean up as the actual tile repair takes. While these blades will still produce dust, using a battery operated tool doesn't spread the dust nearly as far. I also use a spray bottle of water to keep the working area damp.So far I've used these blades to cut through a variety of tiles and they have done a good job for me. The first blade is showing a little sign of wear, but it has done a lot of cutting and it still has a lot of life left in it. I will continue to use these blades.
