Plenty stiff with enough flexibility to apply needed pressure. The two ends can be bent until they touch and the plastic won't break. Snaps back with only a slight bow. Thickness is ideal for keyboards and most electronics. Since they are foam, these also work great as mini-foam brushes for dabbing on small models. I keep a bunch in the home office and workshop.
