When I first bought and tried it it didn't work because my tofu was too thick. The metal coil did not allow to close the side latches. Love the color, the size, the easy cleaning, easy storage and refrigeration, and ease of use. I didn't want to return them and was trying to find a way to use them for their intended purpose. Since my tofu is thick, the product worked really well without it. I usually let the tofu sit for 24 hours or more, and the tofu leaves a lot of water. It worked well. I recommend the product if you have the same problem.
