I like that it is easy enough with minimal training required (though there are some videos available).

It does require good internet connection as well which may not be reliable at times but otherwise no problems encountered yet! The ability has helped us keep track easily without having someone physically present - especially when we have employees working remotely during this time due coronavirus pandemic situation currently happening globally since March 2020.- Not possible if employee doesn't work from home every day/week etc., would need more than 1 person just managing remote access & check status daily / weekly.
