I really like these cutting mats. They work as advertised and I plan to purchase another set. For the price I really think they make a big difference. I am taking a star off my rating because they are stained, but this is a cosmetic issue and does not affect the functionality of the rugs. Also, I don't recommend scraping food off the mat with a knife as this will scratch the mat and cause a horrible squeak. do not miss. You stay on the table while you chop the vegetables. 2) They are flexible enough that you can easily bend them to throw food in the pot or toss unwanted pieces in the bin. 3) Different colors keep meat and vegetables separate. The lack of pores makes them hygienic for meat.4) They're dishwasher safe and will keep their shape after being washed in the dishwasher.5) They're thin and light enough to be easily and discreetly stored in tight spaces.6) They won't ruin your knives. All in all I recommend this product. I would give 4.5 stars if that was an option for Revain.
