Best option for black cable protection even in bad weather
These cables went really well with the modern look we were looking for in my home. They are stainless steel inside and wrapped in a nice black plastic. They have been installed for about 5 months and have not shown any signs of wear in rain, sun and salty air. I ordered nine rolls of cable and had no problems. This is by far the best way to make black cable railings. Other options cost 2-3 times more. Remember that you need at least 2-3 inches of slack when installing as the black outer layer peeled off the stainless steel a few times during crimping.
