Review on Tineco Cordless Cleaner Suction Controls by Aaron Vang

I bought my Tineco S12 Plus for Christmas 2019 as a gift for myself. I'm a gadget freak and a clean freak. I have a pretty big house and my house has never been so clean. I love all the extra tools that come with the S12 Plus. I use them all. I went through all the reviews I could find and a GREAT HEPA filter was very important to me. Each test showed that almost no dust escaped from the filter. The build quality is really good and I use the trigger lock every time I vacuum. This is a big deal! The automatic suction works well, and it's nice to be able to adjust the speed of the motor with an endless swipe of your finger. Having two batteries is very convenient, although I rarely need a second battery. It's just nice to know that I have it (I change the batteries from time to time so they both get used to it). I also like that it comes with two (2) pre-filters. I have a powerful canister vacuum and use it to quickly clean the pre-filter. I can clean EVERYTHING and be back to cleaning in 10 minutes. I find that the device I received on Christmas Eve broke down a few days later. I contacted Tineco support and they were great. They sent me a brand new motor head and a return label so I could send them the faulty unit. I've been using this replacement for about two months now and it works great. I use this all the time. I was thinking about buying a Dyson V-11 but after using this S12 Plus for about two months I'm glad I bought this machine instead of Dyson. This Tineco offers the best value for money. I don't have a smartphone, so I don't have to connect my phone to the vacuum cleaner. In fact, I think that's a very stupid idea. Everything you need is displayed right on the suction head. I currently own nine (9) vacuum cleaners and have owned vacuum cleaners for over 50 years. Good. I have had my Tineco for almost 2 years. I love it just as much now as I did when I wrote the above review. I use it several times a week. I use it often because it is very simple and easy to use. My house is always clean. Tineco's customer service is excellent. One of the little hinges on the trash can broke last week. It's plastic. I called Tineco support and within minutes someone was on the phone. I explained my situation. They asked me to send them a photo of the broken hinge. I sent it off in about an hour. Within 24 hours I received a notification that a new dust bag was on the way. I couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Tineco. Of course I'm glad I bought Tineco with all the great attachments.
