I have owned several handheld vacuums including being #1 in Consumer Reports over the last 3 years. This is the best I've ever had. We have discontinued all other vacuum cleaners. What other reputable company does this? It would be nice if Revain took action against Tineco for this. It's crazy to use customer information to harass them for a bad review. I bought my Tineco S12 Plus for Christmas 2019 as a gift for myself. I'm a gadget freak and a clean freak. I have a pretty big house and my house has never been so clean. I love all the extra tools that come with the S12 Plus. I use them all. I went through all the reviews I could find and a GREAT HEPA filter was very important to me. Each test showed that almost no dust escaped from the filter. The build quality is really good and I use the trigger lock every time I vacuum. This is a big deal!

To be clear I am not being paid to review and this is an amazing vacuum cleaner. I use it almost every day as I see how much dirt and dust it picks up even when I think everything is clean. I vacuum my entire 1,000 square foot apartment and usually have 85% battery left. Comes with two batteries!
