The old starter had a corroded shell. Just needed a new starter block. Unfortunately, the old one was salty and corroded. I had to drill out the top screw on the old one. The new one arrived safely. Had to order new screws for installation but would recommend this even if the old ones could be salvaged. The new one starts fine, but the car still won't start. Not from the starter.
