Review on AEM Performance Cold Air Intake System (Not CARB Compliant) by Joshua Wheeler

Vehicle: 2017 Ford F150 5.0 Assembly time: 30 minutes Sound: Very aggressive with medium to high loads. Quiet as a kitten at cruising speed. Performance: Faster and lighter throttle response. Slight ticking when accelerating. Visual Appeal: The kit is very clean and AEM's patented gray tube completes the look. Gasoline Economy: Increased from 18.5 to 18.8 mpg based on a 2000 mile test. my 5.0. Initial thought was either a cutback or removing the resonator, but this AEM recording turned out to be a much better solution. Not only did it give me the more aggressive sound I was looking for, I got better performance and saved gas. Win, win, win. Recommendation: Highly recommended for anyone looking for a more aggressive sound, more power and MPG increase.
