Sturdy and functional but not really made for alloy wheels
Pros: Seems solid and gets the job Cons: No pads to protect surfaces. Not designed for alloy wheels. Best for steel rims or rims with a pronounced edge to grip the tool Workaround for alloy rims: I used a ratchet strap to hold the tool in place and was able to snap the bead on my alloy rims. Note that it can also work on the back of most alloy wheels. It looks like a well built instrument that just needs a little tweaking. CONCLUSION: I leave it.
