The OEM part costs about $270 or more, almost 1/3 the cost. Problem fixed, truck now gets full boost. My 2006 has only 55,000 miles on it and the original part has failed, corroded and broken wires. Hope this one lasts longer. FYI, the placement of the turbocharger and this solenoid must be in a low air pressure area while driving. I rarely, if ever, use my truck in snow/salt conditions, but the turbocharger and solenoid have been subject to corrosion from constant exposure to salty environments. . I will definitely clean this spot with every oil change and treat it with something to prevent corrosion.
