Love this hose! for my opinion
I just purchased my second hose for the second bathroom in my home. I have been using my first hose for several years and have been extremely happy so had no second thoughts about purchasing again. This hose is super easy to install. Installs in seconds and never had leaks with only hand tight connections. Even though it’s very playable, it wilL not kink or twist up. The length is perfect and makes bathing babies a breeze. Lastly, when the handle is in the cradle on my gooseneck, the hose hangs flat. My original hose was so stiff, was always twisted and stood off the shower wall, touching your back when under the spray.

- Hose becomes hot to the touch, making it uncomfortable to handle
