The bristles of the brush fell out, causing metal parts to get into the pool. The guest was swimming in the pool and was shocked when a sharp object pierced his leg. Upon examining the object, it was fairly obvious that it was bristles from a brush. Upon examining the brush, one of them could see that the bristles were falling out.
