I like that it's easy enough for anyone who doesn't know how to use this type of software, but also has many features if you are familiar with them already. Sometimes when we're working together via an online meeting, there isn't always audio which can be frustrating since sometimes people don't realize they need headphones or aren't wearing any at all. It would help if more information about your connection was displayed so everyone knows what their "connection" looks like (i.e., wired vs wireless). Also, being able to have multiple connections from different devices/ip addresses could really benefit us! We've been using lookat as our main way of communicating during virtual meetings. The ease-of-use makes sure no one gets lost along the process; however, some things do get overlooked because its not something everyone uses every day.
