I have had no issues or complaints about this product as of yet but i am very happy it has helped me out in my job at hand! I like how it helps me to be more organized by providing an easy access for my shifts (and other things). It's not fully integrated into our system so if you're using another scheduling software - there might need additional plugins/add-ons in order to make them work together well enough. It's very customizable allowing me great flexibility when creating schedules that fit each individual worker best! The best part of this tool is that you can create your own roadmaps by using templates, which are great for new products or any product in general! I like how easy it was creating my first roadmap as well because there were options available depending upon what type i wanted (ease-of use/data driven vs user experience). I like how easily you can use it with your camera crew as well as the client. It allows me to communicate with them in real time using FaceTime or Skype. There are some times where my connection drops out but they have been working hard to improve this situation. They do not currently offer an app for Android but they say that will be coming soon.
