SCRAIM is an online service for project management based on adaptable processes, to help standardize best practices across all your organization. We gathered the best from project management with the best from process management! SCRAIM is the solution for a pain first noticed while providing Process Improvement consultancy. The clients were having the same problems over and over again, clients from companies that develop software, including: Banks, Telecom companies, Health and ICT sectors. The main cause was that the lack processes to standardize the best practices across all teams, leading to delays and even project failure. Our mission is to provide a Project Management service, where you can access every time and everywhere through a web and mobile app, that has all in one place but is still flexible enough to adapt to your specific needs.

Best project management tool for teams and freelancers

The user interface of scraim really helps me manage my projects efficiently with multiple team members working together in one place at any given time (even when they are located far away from each other). However it's not always easy managing tasks that have been assigned by different people who may or might be using their own task manager software like Asana etc., In such cases I would recommend adding additional features which will make things easier as well add more flexibility while…

  • Good Support for most major browsers including mobile devices.
  • Tags system works very nicely where users could choose to assign tags depending upon how much information is needed
  • You don't need third party softwares since everything goes through webbrowser only, making workflow even faster & simpler!No downsides yet however some improvements still required here

CoGe is a great task management software for organizing a team.

I love the ability to create tasks and sub tasks, assign tasks to other users, and keep track of my entire project. I dislike the fact that I have to use the desktop version of the software to access my tasks. It would be great if I could use the web version. I would love to see the ability to add attachments to tasks. It would be great to have the ability to attach documents to tasks and sub tasks.
