The system is very easy to use, it's so simple that even my mother can understand how to fill up all fields correctly! It would be great if they offer some other payment systems such as PayPal for people who are not using credit cards.
I wish there was an option for me to send in invoices via email instead of having to log into their website everytime before sending one out. We have been able to create our own roadmaps with this software which has helped us allocate resources better than weβ¦
The ability to easily track customer feedback through our website, as well has having it integrated with Salesforce so we can see what features are being requested by customers in real time! There is nothing I dislike about this program at all-it's very simple for us business users who have little coding experience or skillset (but want something that will help keep up w/our sales team). The best thing about NextPlease is that it has helped me build an extensive list of features I have been requesting for my products and services. They are also very responsive and help you get exactly what you want. There's not much to dislike about this software. I'm definitely going to continue using them! It helps me organize all of my ideas into one place, so I can easily access any of them when needed.
