I've made wonderful tofu several times with this tofu press. Assembly is easy, cleaning is easy and I love that it's made out of bamboo and not plastic. The video provided by the supplier here on Revain helps to understand the different uses of the press. The tofu shown in my photos was made with 170 grams of soybeans, which made 8 cups of soy milk. The resulting tofu is about 1 inch tall. The press has a large inner diameter, so the tofu cake is smaller in height. Regardless of whether! It's delicious and the texture is perfect. I did medium and hard and both were great. There is no fabric for wrapping cottage cheese in the kit. I use a flour sack cloth that's woven tight enough so the curd doesn't run away, but open enough to drain well. Highly recommended! The delivery was quick and the packaging was very good.
