I bought this set on a whim because I wanted to replace the cheap shakers on my dining table and replace them with something more elegant. I am in love with this set. First, it looks fantastic and works even better. I like the grind level for both salt and pepper. I add Himalayan sea salt crystals along with a tri-color pepper blend. Both are perfectly polished. I got a lot of compliments on them - they are impressive. I also love that they come with lids to cover the bottom and a nice table stand to keep the salt and pepper from spilling out. The instructions were very detailed and clear. This is definitely a product that I will receive as a gift to others.
