Excellent surge protection, plenty of room for different plug types, no terrible feature (smart power save mode) that many surge protectors have, long cable and flush/right angle plug. What ruined this network filter for me was the RJ45 security ports. I bought this surge protector because we have a computer that keeps losing its network port. Our network layout is full gigabit (1000Mbps) and the RJ45 security ports only offer 10/100 bandwidth. What a HORRIBLE design mistake, especially in 2015! In short, if you use a network security port, you reduce your network speed to 10% of its potential if you have a gigabit router/switch/modem at home or at work. Maybe most people won't care or even use this port, but for people with a gigabit network, this is a big disappointment.
