love love love Dr. Teal's Epsom Salt Solution. i love dr Teal's and usually use eucalyptus. I bought it for my husband who is a marathon runner. He had severe muscle pain from running and we were looking for something to help him get better. This stuff is AMAZING! He liked it straight away and said it helped and I can smell him when the tub starts. I decided to try it myself and I just love it. For myself I often make a mixture of this and eucalyptus. I find it heals sore muscles and is still very calming.
