Works well. on my review.
Mounted this on my ceiling in the garage for my work out straps. The metal X was a bit too thick for my straps to clip onto it. But I just looped them through and attached them to themselves. Perfect. With the supplied bolts for the wooden studs I’ve had no problem with it doing pull-ups supporting my entire 205lbs. Even used the ladder to recheck it and so far no cracks or any deformation. Good product.
- Haven't installed yet but feels solid, unit and hardware was larger than I thought it would be.
- The bracket may cause noise or vibrations when equipment is being used
