There was a problem with one of the 2 filters. He abruptly stopped feeding water, but if you turn off the water and wait, it will work again. I received a refund for both immediately. I feel guilty as I should be refunded half. I will buy this again. I like this filtration system because it delivers more water faster than other competitors and the faucet is made of higher quality materials. Our drinking water has high enough chlorine levels to pass a public pool water test - no kidding, I tested the water at our neighborhood pool before and our drinking water exceeds the required ppm. These filters remove it pretty well.
