Built for big, strong hands
This electric carving knife works perfectly. Storage case and cutting fork are great features. However, the handle is very thick, making it difficult to hold the handle while pressing the safety button and power button. I take a large glove but the grip still seems too big and clunky to me. A person with small hands or people with arthritis may not be able to use this product.
