Not worth the trouble

I've bought quite a bit of 'ready-made' furniture, bookshelves, desks and entertainment centers over the years, so I know assembly rarely works as it should. The hole is always wrong or the screw doesn't fit right, there's always something that doesn't quite fit, but you find a way around it and end up building it without much fuss, or at least that's always been my experience, until I personally met the chair of Satan. Now I've read the reviews and seen that the two holes mentioned have been removed but I thought it was a good chair for the money and thought it wouldn't be hard to stretch even if it deviates a little. out, I don't think I've ever been more wrong in my life. As other people have said the holes on the bottom don't line up with the back that attaches to it and if you stretch it a bit until you can see the holes the screw doesn't go straight in which means you have to amazing pull firmly and then hold perfectly still to tighten the screw. I'm 27 years old, in good shape, lift weights every night and consider myself strong enough, but during the hour trying to assemble this godforsaken thing I ended up in the COVER. Sweating 3 times 3 times and literally ready to throw it out the window. I had to wait for my girlfriend to get home (heavily neutered?) so she could hold the pad and press on it while I pulled the plastic piece as hard as I could to line up the holes and even then we barely got it screwed in , and even with the two of us it took us about 20 minutes. After putting the thing together it's a decent chair, the armrests are a little low and the seat cushion is a bit hard for my liking, but the chair itself isn't too bad. Obviously there have been a few people who have received this chair and had no trouble putting it together, but I would argue that it's not even remotely worth the time, effort, and frustration it's caused me. If you order this chair I hope you get one that's drilled correctly, or at least not the same as mine, but when you get one as horrible as me, there's no saying you weren't warned. My advice, STAY.

Pros
